PhDr. Michaela Prokešová, Ph.D.

My long-term professional focus is on the issue of pelvic floor disorders and pathologically active scars and adhesions. Through integrative physiotherapy, I succeed in improving the quality of life of patients on many levels. I am the president of the association Rehabilitation and rehabilitation of disorders after brain damage, z.s.

As a respected pedagogue and pioneer of integrative physiotherapy, I participate in professional pre- and post-graduate education, especially for physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

Among other things, I am the guarantor and lecturer of the certified MZČR PNF concept course, the innovative course Holistic approach in scar and adhesion therapy, Holistic approach in pelvic floor therapy and I am the lecturer of Ludmila Mojžíšová's certified course Method. Since 2022, I have been a certified instructor of Kinesiological Taping. I am a member of many professional societies and committees. Since step 2024 I am an Associate member of IPNFA.

​Since 2019, I have been ranked among the personalities of the Czech and Slovak Republics in the field of health care.
