In the event that you cannot participate in an educational event of a given type and you notify this fact one month (30 days) before the start of the event by email at the address scholasterovamichaela@gmail.com , the organizers do not claim a cancellation fee for the pre-ordered and paid service and the amount will be refunded in full to the account from which the payment was sent.

If you withdraw from the event later than a month (30 days) before the start of the event, you have the opportunity to find a replacement for you, and in the event that this cannot be done on the part of the participant, the organizers claim a 100% cancellation fee from the pre-ordered and paid event .

If the participant does not attend the course (for any reason), the deposit paid for the price of the event is not returned.

The participant is not entitled to a refund for the course even if he does not complete the course that is already taking place (for any reason).

In the event of a change in the date of the course, participants will be offered a new date. In the event that the participant does not agree to the rescheduling of the new date, the organizer will return all the already paid advances for the course price in full. The organizer will proceed in a similar way in the case of interested parties included in the list of serious applicants for the course who have paid a deposit.

In the event of a change in the date of the course, the organizer will keep the already paid deposit for the course price on his account and credit it to the price of the course held on the new date, unless the participant states otherwise in writing. (Any difference in the price of the course, due to the significant increase in costs for organizing the course in the new term, the participant undertakes to pay after agreement with the organizer).

In case of cancellation of the event by the organizer, the amount is returned in full to the account from which the payment was sent.

At the same time, the organizer waives any responsibility for financial losses incurred by the participant in the event of cancellation of the educational event.

Cancellation conditions for Certified courses:

In the event that you cannot participate in an educational event of a given type and you notify this fact two months (60 days) before the start of the event by email at scholasterovamichaela@gmail.com , the organizers do not claim a cancellation fee for the pre-ordered and paid service.

If you withdraw from the event later than two months (60 days) before the start of the event, you have the option to find a substitute for you (when the amount you paid will be returned only when the amount is paid by the substitute) and in the event that this cannot be done by participant, the organizers claim a 50% cancellation fee from the pre-ordered and paid event.

If it is necessary to interrupt participation in an event already in progress, it is possible to agree (only in the case of serious personal or health reasons) to postpone the completion of the event to the next listed course (but a maximum of two years from the start of the subsequently interrupted course). If the postponed graduation does not take place on the part of the participant, the organizer claims a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the price.

In case of cancellation of the event by the organizer, the amount is returned in full to the account from which the payment was sent.

At the same time, the organizer waives any responsibility for any financial loss of the participant in the event of cancellation of the educational event.
